1. What data is collected

When booking, you provide your name, email address, and phone number. This information is used solely for confirming bookings and contacting you if needed.

2. Purpose of data use

Data is used for:

• confirming the tour booking,
• contacting you about changes,
• sending tour-related information.

3. Legal basis

Data processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the GDPR – performance of a contract and legitimate interests.

4. Payment information

5. Data retention

Contact data is stored no longer than necessary – usually up to 12 months for booking and accounting purposes.

6. Data sharing

No personal data is shared with third parties, except for technical providers (e.g. web hosting), and only within the EU/EEA under secure conditions.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, or to file a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
