Booking a tour requires full prepayment. Payment can be made with any bank card via the provided link. When booking multiple tours, it’s enough to pay for the first one upfront.

Rescheduling is possible if there is availability in the calendar.

Cancellations less than 72 hours before the tour are non-refundable. Exceptions apply in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., flight cancellations).

Late arrivals: waiting time counts toward the total tour duration or can be paid as extra.

Weather: rain is not a reason to cancel. Copenhagen weather can be unpredictable — tours take place as usual. Exceptions: heavy downpour or storm warnings.
